This policy explains what information Dwelling Coupon ("we") collects when you use dwellingcoupon.com, why we collect it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Click tracking
When you click a coupon, deal or "Visit Store" button we log the click so we can measure which offers are useful and so affiliate networks can credit sales to us. Each click record contains: the time, the store and offer clicked, the type of button, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), your browser's user-agent string, the country derived from your IP address, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
Ad click identifiers
If you arrive from a Google ad, the address may contain a Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and campaign (utm) parameters. We keep the identifier in a first-party session cookie and may attach it, or our own click reference, to the affiliate link's tracking field so we can measure which ads lead to purchases. We also log such landings (time, identifier, hashed IP, user-agent, keyword).
Newsletter and contact form
If you subscribe or send us a message we store your email address and anything you write, only to reply or send the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
2. Cookies
- Essential: a session cookie holding the ad click identifier (deleted when you close your browser), a cookie remembering your cookie choice, and a country cookie used to decide whether to show the consent banner.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): measures visits and clicks, only with consent where consent is required.
- Advertising (Google Ads): measures conversions from our ads, only with consent where consent is required.
- Affiliate networks and stores: when you leave our site the store or network may set their own cookies to track your purchase. Their privacy policies apply.

3. Google Ads, Google Analytics and Consent Mode
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics 4. We use Google Consent Mode v2. Visitors in the UK and European Economic Area see a consent banner. Until you accept, the ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage signals are set to "denied", and Google tags do not read or write advertising or analytics cookies. They may send cookieless pings, which Google uses to model conversions in aggregate. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. 4. Legal bases (UK/EEA)
Click logging and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing the site. Analytics and advertising cookies rely on your consent. Newsletter emails rely on your consent.
5. Retention
Click and landing logs are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us via the contact page.
